Service pretty shoddy. We are in here at the moment and I'm watching the girl who is not in uniform, so presumably the floor manager, and she is so busy chatting to the chefs (our table is awkwardly right next to the cooking bit) that she is ignoring customers. She has genuinely spent 90% of the time we've been in Here, chatting to the chefs. For the tiny bit if time she went off, she came back and loudly told the chef that she'd been told off by someone. So get the hint!!! So unprofessional. And the other waiters are taking their cue from her and starting to stand around too. And it's a shame because a) the chefs are being distracted and a birthday party of kids are singing for their food! And b) our waitress is really really lovely and working super hard. So lazy staff are impacting on good and not lazy staff. And I really really wish I couldn't hear all of their gossiping conversations.

Normal good pizza express quality and portions, with what I felt was better than average service. Gave my daughter lots of free things to do and the usual open kitchen was a main attraction too. Good private outdoor table section too, just a bit chilly for us to try out in Feb.

Nice ambiance, looking out on vibrant market in castle square. Food is pretty good, the little desert cheesecake is pretty cool too. Do try the Baileys coffee.

Terrible! For how much we paid the service was Shocking. Table behind us was left dirty for way over 2hrs before anyone cleaned it.... all of our starter plates wasn’t even removed of the table before our mains come out. Drinks was forgotten and the waitress even said she was going to bring it,it was on the side ready but she forgot! Now you would think it was packed in there means she said that but there was about 6 other people in the restaurant... I will never be coming here again don’t get me wrong food was lovely just shame about the staff that was on really let it down.
