All the meat in every dish was very undercooked, practically raw. Paid $60+ for the food to be raw & give me food poisoning. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Never ordering from here again & would others not to as well. Pretty sad that they didn’t fix this problem considering 4 months ago someone left a review saying their chicken was undercooked didn’t see until I was looking through reviews today after my experience. 10/10 would not recommend.

This has been our family “spot” for at least 4 years now. BEST IN NORWICH! For sure!!!! I have a picky family and we often have special requests and unique orders - NEVER has this establishment made us feel anything other than …valuable customers! Customer service is immaculate. Every single thing we have tried - off either the Chinese or Japanese menu has ever disappointed us! 10/10 all around! You won’t be disappointed!  Vegetarian options: They have it all..  Kid-friendliness: They’re just the absolute best!  Parking: They are located inthe a plaza which includes a chain grocery store. Plenty of parking!  Wheelchair accessibility: Delivery is available! As well as curbside pickup!

Food came out in a very timely manner, did not take too long to get the food. Their dumplings could use more meat but overall still yummy. The orange chicken and pork lo mein were very flavorful and you get big servings for the price. Would recommend for Chinese takeout in Norwich.

Grainy and old tasting general tsao chicken, Mei fun taste like it was sitting in a metal pot for days. Boneless beef ribs may have well been beef Jerry in BBQ sauce. Pork fried rice like it was frozen and reheated. When I called to ask for a partial refund of this terrible $87 order they were argumentative and and said "I don't care what you think we don't take complaints" this is my first and last experience with this company. Hopefully this review will save the reader a poor experience.

Food was supposed to come at 6:45 which was about an hour wait from when we ordered. It didn't show up until almost 8 and when it came the fried items were soggy. One of the fried items I ordered was supposed to have 13pcs and it only had 5. I tried to contact them for a partial refund and they offered 10% off a FUTURE order. Never ordering from them again for sure.  Also I ordered a tofu dish and the tofu wasn't crispy it was like they just cut up a block of tofu and poured sauce over it. Couldn't even eat it.

We went in a group and it was a bad experience. the food took forever and it was nasty and super greasy,  not one thing tasted decent. On top of that it was very expensive I wouldn’t care if it was good but unfortunately it wasn’t,  3 people got sick with the food for over 2 days straight I had a huge stomach pain then on top of that when I went to the back to use the bathroom it was very nasty just like the food,  and the worst was that the back of the restaurant looked nasty and all messy, not organized one bit ! if I had looked to the back before I order the food I wouldn’t have eaten there. I will never eat there again not even for free.

Just had the vegetable tempura, a spicy trio, and Crab Rangoon, all were delicious. I have eaten here before, and was not this impressed. The food has definitely improved, and was worth every penny.

Ordered Sushi and sweet & sour chicken - they were delivered quick but both were not good. Chicken was mostly batter and it came with the wrong type of rice. The sauce was interesting, not very good.  The sushi had a weird smell - I would not recommend.

Some of the best Chinese food and sushi is here! Very fresh, and clean tasting every time Ive ordered from here. Delivery is very fast also. They even deliver out to bozrah but then again that's probably because we ordered $80+ worth of food.

1 of my favorites Great food for any one and vegetarians just wish more options for vegan other then that this place is a must go to  Vegetarian options: Good choices  Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and peaceful environment  Parking: Parking has plenty space  Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible  Dietary restrictions: Not a bad start off for once tryna transition to vegetarian
