I did not write the review listed above awarding 1 ⭐️ and was shocked to see that somebody had taken it upon themselves to do that. I bought two beautiful bed side tables from this company- I paid in full & was told after the purchase was made that they were out of stock. I was offered a refund but said no as I had been looking for such a long time , the lady at Lucia victoria interiors was very helpful offering me similar products & finally managed to source the original tables. I am delighted with the product and the level of service I received and would recommend this company

I was recommended Tracey, by a friend who has just part of her hotel/restaurant business completely re-designed by her. Tracey has now just finished 3 rooms in my house, and from start to finish, the design, the understanding of my tastes, and the fulfilment of the job was faultless. One of those rooms was particularly awkward in its shape, and with a total lack of light, which has now opened out into a useable and fantastic room. I could spend a fortune in that gorgeous shop.!!

I just wanted to thank you, I purchased a chair for my hallway from Tracey Cooper the owner of the company. On first meeting Tracey she was very caring and professional and made sure that all my design needs were met. I wanted my chair within 2 days and Tracey made sure that this happened. I couldn’t believe it when my chair arrived on time and in perfect condition, will be using Tracey Cooper again.

Please, please,please avoid this company! We ordered 2 ottoman beds in August 2017, paid full amount in advance around £5000, the beds arrived damaged in November 2018 and have not been fitted properly, screws were missed etc. We still cannot get beds fixed, it is April 2018 now and also no promised 20 years warranty documents. Don't believe them!
