B&Q

As one of the only surviving B&Q stores locally its a pleasure to visit and see that they are maintaining their standards, with shelves stocked with everything DIY, Craft and decorating and additional homeware section. Their take away kitchen and bathroom displays were great and complimented by the accessories of flooring and tiling. The trade resources are great to support any project. Prices were reasonable and accessibility was great for all. Parking is plentiful and disabled spaces are available. There are a plethora of a variety of trollies to suit all your needs.

Terrible service, brought 10 x 50 litre bags of multi purpose compost, girl on till was ok and called for somebody to help and assist us with loading. Waited 15 minutes outside in the cold - but nobody turned up. Wife went back in the store to remind them we were waiting. An assistant finally turned up as we struggled to self load the compost ourselves. Useless service don’t care less attitude.

Dont buy plant tubers. All i got was a bag of soil and a wait on the phone that cost as much as the non existant lupin tubers.

Friendly Staff makes a change not nearly big enough tho, my suggestion was close the maidstone one and turn this into one like at Twells but with a bulk store aswell but do like this store.
