We went to LSQ rooftop yesterday afternoon for a Christmas party. At first the live music was very very loud and we couldn’t hear each other talk. However the manager was kindly able to move our table to a quieter area. The drinks were very pricey, even for soft drinks / mocktails. The views however were fantastic see pictures and the customer service was excellent. Special mention to Joel who looked after our table.
A lovely gem of a place that was nice and quiet and very chilled considering it's in one of the busiest squares in London. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the decor is nicely done, not too overstated. Lovely views of the London skyline including the London rye, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, etc. Be prepared to spend some money though, the drinks are not cheap!! Worth it though for the ambience and views.
It is a bar/hotel with a very nice rooftop which offers a beautiful landscape of London. However, it is very overpriced just like most rooftops. I'd say if you go there it is mostly for the view, but it is definitely not worth the money when it comes to the food and drinks.
Good view and personnel is trying to give service. Drinks are way overpriced and simple food as a charcuterie board on the photo was overpriced £30 as well. Also, our table was next to a checkout, with cleaning supplies on it. Not very nice. If you want to have a nice view, it’s okay, but definitely not worth the money. Besides, when you make a reservation and you don’t show up, they’ll charge you £40. Understandable when it’s a great place with extraordinary ambiance and quality, but not here.
I would recommend and will revisit for DRINKS ONLY. Small, relaxed Roof top bar over looking Leicester Square. Drinks are expensive but it’s a London roof top bar. 4* The Food was poor 2* - this should be an easy fixed considering this is a hotel. There are many reviews re. the poor standard food.
I won't mention any names, but one person in the reception was very cocky and rude, but I guess that's what you can expect from a man. Luckily the waiter we got was super nice. And she made the whole experience go from uncomfortable to splendid. If it wasn't for her I'd give this a one star. Unfortunately I don't know her name. The food was good. Drinks and food are expensive, but you're definitely paying for the view. However the music is a bit too loud for my liking..maybe it's because we booked a table at 20:00. All in all it's a nice restaurant and I do hope the staff get paid well.
Beautiful view, really affordable. Loved the service and very good cocktails. Place was empty and they only had one vegan option of few vegetables with some hummus... Overall a good experience.
The view is simply GORGEOUS, everything else is awful. The food is not very good. We ordered a medium-rare rib eye but it was literally fully cooked.. still tasted great, just not what we ordered. The gnocchi was awful, but I absolutely hated the taste. The only thing that tasted good was the baked Camembert hard to go wrong with cheese though. The wine list was extremely short. For a rooftop bar/restaurant you’d expect a lot more. The service was awful. They made us wait 10 minutes for our table even though we booked it, and once we hit the 1.5 hour limit we were constantly asked to move which would’ve been totally understandable if it was reserved for someone else, but the table next to us was EMPTY the whole time. Why ask us to move at 10pm if you don’t have any more bookings? Would’ve given it a 1 star, but gave it a 3 for the view, the nibbles and that one sweet bartender or back back staff member.
Just as we were pleasantly surprised with the place as soon as the lift door was opened, the fall was rapid when tasting the poor quality of their dishes. The views from the roof top are certainly exceptional and the setting is really beautiful and perfect for spending time with friends and having a drink. But only drinks even though the cocktails are expensive and small. The starterts are normal, well presented, all correct to accompany a drink but the main ones are basically bad. The tuna burger has no flavor, no taste, it is difficult to eat ... the fries are burnt... The pasta is possibly the worst you can eat in London, tasteless, undercooked ... difficult to eat. The worst of all is the price because the dishes are very expensive.
A roof top bar with views of London Eye it’s got a nice vibe to it but little pricey though… a gin and tonic is £20 also the service is super slow
