LS6 is one of the longest-running independent businesses in Leeds. Originally a retro clothes shop called The Sugar Shack, our premises changed owners 19 years ago and was transformed into The Clock Café. Having been kitted out with furniture from the retro furniture shop two doors down, The Clock Café quickly built up a reputation as the quirky and relaxed place to visit for food.
Due to its edgy, retro furnishings, the café quickly became popular for the locals of Hyde Park and Headingly. As well as being a haunt for the local community, the bohemian feel helped turn the cafe into the local hangout for creative. This melting pot environment helped turn it into one of the creative hubs of Hyde Park that it still remains to this day.
