Have been working with LPB Fitness for several months now, not a major fan of the gym but a need to get in shape necessitated, so I employed the services of Luke.

From the start he has kept me focused on my goals by keeping it interesting and enjoyable also his knowledge of his field is exceptional.

Nearly a stone lighter and in great shape I can thoroughly recommend LPB.
