Been going swimming for a few weeks, was absolutely fine except not all lockers could be tied to your wrist as the bands are often broken.nnThe last time i went, i was told i had to book online now, they wont accept payment at reception. spent about 10 minutes trying to sign up and pay and in walks a family of 4. They said the same thing as me, they are a leisure hub member but haven't booked, just going in for a swim. the lady says no problem and signs them all in and proceeds to take payment. As she does this she calls for another member of staff to assist me, she sits down, asks my name and takes payment within 30 seconds, no problem. I dont know the other lady's problem, I've always been polite and no problem before that day. Only thing i can think of is because i ask for bluelight discount, which they accept just i cant find it online booking which is why i prefer to book at reception. Just makes me feel unwelcome and not want to go back.
First time there tonight at one of Natalie’s classes, she’s brilliant she smashes it big time, all new to me what she does but I’ll give it another go when I’m down here, good class she works u hard that’s what I like everyone was friendly too, and i’m down in Calne most weeks so I’m gonna do another class again
Great pool on sight. Children's swimming lessons aswell which I would recommend to anyone. Our children always look forward to their lessons. Various other fitness groups on sight. Aswell as a cafe upstairs
Leisure Centre was nice and well maintained. Staff were kind, courteous and professional. I struggle to get any restaurant to deliver food... hopefully it will change soon.
The lady at reception is so wonderfully welcoming and genuinely nice. The cafe and viewing area are fab too with nice drinks I can recommend the hot chocolate! and healthy snack in the vender nThe kids swimming lessons are really brilliant too.
