What in ancient times was known as the council dump .....in the present day its a well organised clean recycling centre. I like the area where you can get free composted material for your garden. Final mention to the staff Ive encountered - always cheerful and helpful

This is a fantastic facility and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful. I have used it for 12 years and never had a single issue with it.

Dont listen to those who say it's rubbish. This is a great day out for the kids. Anything you dont like, you can just skip it.

Staff always helpful, I have never had to take away anything that I went there with - which has happened at other waste management places I've used in the past.

I got theŕe at about 10am and about 200metres from the entrance, a very polite man in a yellow waterproof advised it was about a half hour queue and it gets longer as the day progresses. I expressed my surprise at queing so long to recycle, a new concept for sure, and leaves the impression that this council doesn't take recycling seriously. Maybe the council dept. concerned should be taking serious actions on making recycling easily available rether than accepting the current situation. The rubbish intended for the recycling centre will end up somewhere.

I thought that it was great that they made me park in a car park to wait ,so I can switch off engine and save the planet also fuel but then they asked me to join a cue where they expected us to to stop and start engines for half an hour whereas they could have kept us in the car park saving the planet and fuel  and then some young traffic management employee then gets irate with me when I said that I wasn't moving and then he swears at me so what is the point of Stirling council paying a management company.  Completely waste of time .also when I got to the bays I was turned away as they don't have the facilities to take soil .

It's a well laid out place, everything easy to access and generally pretty helpful staff. Watch out for Frank white hair clean hi viz - he doesn't like to get his hands dirty as he tends to give people a hard time and is quite an unpleasant character.

Really busy,  nearly 45 minutes wait at the moment

Staff are very efficient, helpful and always seem to be on great spirits. With the covid rules set in place they are managing queues etc very well amd keeping people's morals up! Well Done guys

Opening times are available on Stirling.gov Staff are helpful to which areas your items will go. The skip side areas are kept clean and free of possible tyre puncture dedris. The office staff, should you need to visit and very helpful, this area has disabled parking and very good disabled access.
