I can't agree with all the negative reviews about this company. I have just received my order tonight (Sunday) which is usually unheard of. I only put my order in the other day. The company are obviously going out their way to keep their customers happy. I would of understood if they couldn't have delivered in time before the schools returned due to how busy I expected them to be and would have been happy to have got a jumper elsewhere for the meantime but no need. Thanks logo express for your speedy service

Badly organised, blazer badly measured at school by logoxpres staff so had ro return it, none in stock so they said they would post one out, they didn't + someone put on their computer system that order was complete! When I called to complain, blazer was sent to me but it had No buttons + school badge was v badly embroidered so had to return again + complain. Finally got a reasonable blazer by Oct, my daughter started high school mid Aug!! On top of that they changed their computer system over the summer holiday so was total shambles!!!

Too busy for only 2 staff members this time of year. Size not in stock so she said she'd order one for me. I need 3, not that she asked. No change given either but didn't release til after I'd left too hot and bothered to go back in. 
2+ weeks later no answer at their phones and no call to say my order is there as was promised at time of purchase. Too far a walk in the rain with kids and baby to go for nothing 
Answer your phones!!! 
Also realised I don't have an invoice, only a receipt!?

Have left phone messages for someone to call me back for a week now and no one has bothered. I will get the uniform elsewhere and make sure the school know my complaint and get somewhere else for the school to use.
Very bad customer care.

I paid for an order worth of school uniforms 5 weeks ago. I have tried contacting the company by e-mail and the phone and there is no reply. Seems like they have taken my money and judging by the rest of the reviews ran or gone bust.

@XToffy PopsX you must work or have something to do with Logoxpres me and the number of other people complaining here and on facebook and other social media outlets cant all be wrong yet your overly nice review is right! I don't think so.
