I recently bought a car from The lovely car company which I noticed on line. I arranged a test drive, traded in my old car for a great price and the deal was done. I recently bought a Mazda 3 from this company, and I'm very happy. Excellent customer service, extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I did a part exchange and the process was simple and straight forward. When test driving the car, I was made aware of any issues the car had and they even changed the battery for free of charge, I didn't even have to ask. Buying a car can be a hassle with most companies where they try to hide issues, cheat on the MOT, etc. but my experience with this company was the complete opposite of that. Genuinely good people, honest and very transparent. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
We bought a car today and we have been so satisfied with their professional approach. We asked them to fix a couple of small things on the car before we purchased it and they have done everything with additional full service of this vehicle. Thank you so much. I recently bought a Skoda Yeti from The Lovely Car Company which I found on Auto-trader website. I decided to travel on a Saturday from Surrey by train to Chesterfield and purchased the car after a quick test drive. The car was accurately described and looks as expected. I purchased the car and was really happy about the whole experience. Unfortunately, on the way back home, an engine management light started to show after 45 minutes, although it was only a warning. I took a photo and contacted Dave straight away, who re-assured me that it would be ok, as it was only a warning, as sadly nothing could be done late Saturday afternoon. We agreed that I would ask my local independent garage to look at it and do the repair under the Lovely Car Company warranty. My local garage identified it was simply a lambda sensor needing replacing. I contacted Dave and he did reimburse the repair made by my local garage without any problems. It was a bit annoying at first, but I do understand it was not under the Lovely Car Company control, even though the car was MOTed and serviced a couple of days before I collected it. Dave put it right at the first opportunity, without asking me to return the car to Chesterfield, which I did appreciate greatly.
An absolute pleasurable car buying experience. Patient and non pushy sales staff made car buying stress free! Would recommend these guys all day long.
Our company have just a purchased a Mercedes E Class estate from this company. The purchase was easy, and very friendly, the car price was very fair, and ready and prepared for when we needed it. We found after a few miles the oil warning light came on, so we returned the vehicle for them to look at. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fitted a replacement oil pressure sensor, a genuine Mercedes one at that, and had us back on the road. Highly recommend this company.

Only one star because it won't let me post with none at all - I bought a car from these people and had it delivered - on arrival there were several areas of damage that had not been acknowledged, now the radiator has gone and the garage doing the repairs say it is a rust bucket, has been thrashed, is probably an insurance write-off based on the MOT dates and I'd be better off getting rid of it before it becomes a constant cost. Thanks very much NOT so Lovely Car Company.
So this is my second car I bought from Lovely car company, and I can only say that there is no better place to buy a good quality cars. Dave is the nicest guy and will help you with anything. Even after you buy a car and need any assistance he is always a call away and always ready to help. I would highly recommend everyone to go and buy the car from Lovely car company.
