Brought a Volkswagen CC from Direct Cars a couple of months ago. Ian was brilliant from start to finish. The vehicle is superb and is in great condition considering its age. Felt like a very personalised service and Ian absolutely went above and beyond... even changing my brake discs and pads free of charge. The dealership were very knowledgeable and knew the whole history of the car. Even though the dealership is just shy of 200 miles away, I would and have highly recommended to others.
I came on weekend with my husband in March to look for new car. Middle age man was sitting in reception desk. I asked about hybrid petrol automatic car, any model. He looked at us and said that he has nothing for me. If I want to look by myself, I need to walk around. I have walking problems walking with stick. He was not bothered to take my name and contact details, for this reason you can't find me on your records. I am already bought car in other company where people was really helpful and even brought car to try from other city. As business owner you responded to my review only after 3 months....
Saun the car sales manager was very knowledgable regarding the car we bought today. Very professional and helpful, nothing too much trouble with the purchase of our Ford KUGA. Would recommend Direct Cars to all my friends. Massive thank you to Saun for all his help, knowledge and politeness during our purchase.
This is the place to go if you're looking for a car without the typical car salesman trying to force you into a deal. We were looked after by Ian, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and chill, didn't feel any pressure throughout. Also Tom who was handling finance, and was kind and discreet when sorting this out. Plenty of cars to choose from, and very well polished.
Excellent friendly knowedgeable staff no hard sell let you browse and go to them when/if you need help, lots of excellent used cars to choose from at reasonable prices, picked my car up yesterday so far so good

Good no pressure experience. Happy to let you look around the cars at your own leisure. Only rated 4 star simply because we were browsing and didn't actually buy anything. So I can't comment on that. Definitely worth a look around. Plenty of good car in stock

A really big selection of cars and hassle free staff. There’s so many cars and with them being locked it can be a marathon of walking if you’re unsure what you’re looking for and have to go back and forth. Staff leave you to it while answering any questions you have. Very impressed with my first visit here and will definitely use again for the next car.
Id like to say thankyou to Shaun, who had kindley sorted me out with my car today, he was very polite and kind much appreciated shaun I love my car, everything was above board , thankyou to Ian who pointed me in right direction the first day I went, much appreciated thankyou.
