Absolutely disgusted in this place handed me back my jacket like this! When I called up to complain a very rude man was at the other end of the phone he refused to give me a refund even denying it was anything to do with him ! Then he had the cheek to say it happed because my suit is from 2018 and it’s old!nnFinally he offered to sew the button back on but I have to drive all the way back up and wait for him. I have a funeral to arrange and don’t have the time today which he didn’t care about with his smug attitude !
We have used Love Laundry for a number of years for our holiday rental business.nThe service is always FIRST CLASS, the bedding and towels are perfectly laundered and the owners and all staff couldn’t be more helpful.nI was surprised to read the last couple of reviews. They bear absolutely no resemblance to the service I have ever received. As an aside, as a holiday property owner, I find it hard to believe a customer would only have one set of items to clean hence the urgency for a 4 day turnaround. Surely you would have a minimum of 3 - one in use, one being cleaned and one ready for the next guests?!nIt’s always a pleasure doing business with Love Laundry.
Always an excellent service from these guys. I use Love Laundry for my Glamping site and holiday let business so they sometimes have some tough stains to deal with. My laundry is always ready on time and it's top notch!nExcellent service all round!
Excellent service on a regular basis.! Tackle all types of laundry cleaning & offer helpful advice on difficult to clean items. Reliable & efficient!nGreat company with friendly & helpful staff with a great Eco ethos at the core.nHighly recommended
A very aggressive approach just like a previous review by the male owner. I was told if I didnt like their 4 day wait time I am more than welcome to take my laundry elsewhere. I really didnt want to. I think I was told this about 4 times while I was trying to find a solution of how to work with them, so in the future I could get my laundry quicker etc as its for a holiday cottage. He didnt want my business and didnt care. They might Love Laundry but not customers. I also got in the car and wanted to cry.
