Appalling, shoddy workmanship and customer service. Took a pair of suit trousers in for shortening, the owner had just cut himself and had used skin glue, obviously did not wait until dry as when I collected the trousers there were 5 marks of dried red (blood?) glue down the front of one leg. They offered to dry clean (also used a kitchen scourer on marks whilst I was there) but failed to remove and ruined the fabric with the scourer. The hems were not straight and the stitching knotted and loose in areas. They reimbursed me for the trousers but not for the cost of the alterations. No apology given, placed the money on the counter and turned their back on me. Owners are ignorant, workmanship is poor and the state of the premises is unkempt. Would not use again or recommend.

Shambles of a company with the rudest staff that I have every dealt with. Agreed to have a suit dry cleaned and ready to collect on a specific day/time for an event- arrived to be told they had left the suit in Doncaster, they said they would go collect but we had no time to wait as was leaving for the event in half hour- needless to say we had to go and hire a suit at a cost of 60. They then had the nerve to charge for the dry clean!!!!! And imply that they were out of pocket because they had cleaned it more than once!!!! I spoke to the manager regarding a resolution as I was unhappy at being 60 out of pocket through no fault of my own - he proceeded to shout and actually imply it was my fault as he got the suit back in time . Now unless they are driving a jet half an hour there and back to Doncaster I feel is near on impossible. He then put the phone down on me, I rang a second time and again he put the phone down on me and said he was too busy dealing with customers. I rang a third time and a lady answered and again put the phone down on me and then I rang a fourth time and yet again had the phone put down on me. Please, please, please avoid this company as the way in which they spoke and dealt with us was appalling and totally unacceptable, they do not deserve customers if this is how they treat them. If I could put 0 stars I would as they do not even warrant the one star.

Shocking experience.Ruined a brand new pair of trousers doing a simple task like shortening them!
