I arranged an appointment to get my shellac nails replaced and new ones painted on. There was a great range of colours and the lady who did them paid great attention to detail and an amazing job. It was an added bonus that I found out they also did eyebrow waxing! So whilst I waited for my nails to soak the other lady did my brows! I went to remove my shellac normally they charge £5 but this time they said £10. She said she put nail vanish on this time. I didn’t even ask for it plus it was only clear, one layer nail vanish and it ended up being all patchy because it didn’t dry properly. Never going there again
So disappointed with my nails. Nail lengths are all uneven, not filed properly and the colour is patchy and lumpy. I was left with skin and polish all around the edges of my nails the photo is after trying to get it all off! not worth the money and I wont be returning again.

I’ve been coming to this particular nail shop for a good few years now and every time have had a great experience. I usually have infills with acrylic and they last at least 3 weeks. Always happy with the treatment. On occasions I also get a pedicure which lasts me even longer, usually 5-6 weeks. All staff members are very friendly and always make me feel very welcome. They offer a loyalty scheme too so when you go for your 6th visit you get 20% discount. You can also park for free for 90 mins in Sainsbury’s car park which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this nail shop in Potters Bar.
STAY CLEAR!! Popped in here yesterday for a repair and re polish as I was in the area. Very poor attention to detail. Gel base covered my cuticles and finish was poor. Didn't have time to have 're done so called later to complain. They argued with me from the start as I didn't want to return for my nails to be corrected. I just wanted the gel taken off and a refund. After 20 mins he agreed. I've been in today and oh my god!!! Gel was removed with total disregard for my nails. The corners of 3 nails have been filed down. When I mentioned this they tried to tell me they were already like it. They were not!! The women told me I was rude and said I can't expect perfect nails. I replied that I simply wanted the colour removed and the shape should not have been changed. I couldn't be bothered to argue so went to grab my bag and when i turned around she was taking photos of me! I asked what she was doing and she ran into the back of the shop. I asked her to show me her phone and she very quickly deleted the pictures. Please use this nail bar with caution. I'm sure for some they are great but god forbid you ever say you're unhappy!!
After reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical of coming here. But I am glad I did. The lady that did my nails was sweet and lovely and my nails are absolutely perfect. And she did them in record timing too. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
The fist time I came to this store my nails popped off the next day I went back and it was fixed with a lot of attitude and them blaming me !!! I have been doing my nails for 10 years and I know when the process is done wrong Despite this I return after two months as it was open late and I needed my nails done I made them aware I was giving them a second chance they done my nails with a lot of guidance from me and my friend when the man was sticking the fake nail I knew it was all wrong anyway the next day I woke up with two missing nails I was going to return to the store after calling them but due to work I couldn’t make it I’m now on my 7th fay and I have 2 nails left this is ridiculous it was £30 for a full set for one day I would say do not go here they are using cheap products and charging a fortune you are better off buying primary stick on nails it will last longer they don’t take responsibility and I’m surprised the company has every lasted My advise for this nail shop is take your time stop rushing everybody so you can be done quicker we have to work hard for our money and take some responsibility DISGUSTING GO AT OWN RISK THEY ONLY LOOK AFTER REGULAR CUSTOMERS
My nails last longer than anywhere I've been before, and if a few do chip, they repair them free of charge.
