Today was my first visit to Kaos. I was very impressed by the overall ambience of the salon and friendliness of the staff. My hair was cut by Danny and I’m delighted with the result. He listened to me when I described how I wanted my hair to look and offered suggestions and advice. A great result all round. I’ll be back!

By far the worst salon I have ever been to. The hair dresser completely messed up my hair. I asked to be a warm blonde and suggested myself that I need a honey blonde toner, her response was to put a silver toner on it which is wrong. I came home to stripy highlights I was mortified. I then went back to have my hair corrected it looked much better, however they didn't put a treatment on my hair resulting in over processed hair. Three weeks later my hair had snapped all at the back and then starting snapping at the sides ( I don't use heat on my hair & use a weekly treatment) a year later my snapped bits are still growing and it will take an extra year for my hair to be at the stage I want it to be to look healthy. Avoid at all costs!

everyone is really nice and had a wonderful haircut, my only issue is that it is a little expensive
