Booked a table for 17.00 on a Sunday. The restaurant was quiet and well staffed. Service was friendly and a good variety of food on the menu. The kids loved their burgers and the fajita was good too! Shame it was so empty was when we left too as a few more diners would have done loads for the atmosphere.
Today we had a family lunchtime meal at Lounge for 9 people to celebrate a big birthday. We pre ordered food so service was good with all meals arriving at the same time. Everyone loved their meals and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They also brought out our birthday cake and made sure we all had a nice time. Vegetarian options: Good choice Kid-friendliness: We took a baby it was no problem Parking: Plenty of parking at the restaurant and in the area Wheelchair accessibility: Flat access Dietary restrictions: Good choice
The place looks lovely but it is very cold and the service was shocking, no please or thank you from the unfriendly bar staff also she gave us no time to peruse the wine menu before demanding an order. We were planning to dine but with all the noise coming from the kitchen and poor service we decided against it. We definitely will not be returning.
Great pub/restaurant with friendly staff. Spoilt my visit though charging £3.50 for a cup of coffee. Feels a bit extortionate tbh.Service: 4/5
Attended lounge for lunch. Had the cheese burger was loverly 9.0/10 Staff were friendly and attentive. Price of the food is reasonable and a very comfortable environment. Loverly food as always. Will deffo attend again Plus 1 side reviews
We had a great meal celebrating my daughters and Grandsons birthday on the 1st December the food was very good and staff were excellent made us so welcome as it was our first visit we loved itFood: 5/5
First time here and we had a very nice lunch in nice surroundings at a decent price. I had burger and chips for £11 with bacon and cheese for an extra £1.50. Very meaty and clearly home made. Helen had mussels and sea bass from the tapas menu. Both were great and the sea bass was only £7-odd, despite being virtually a main without the potatoes. Mally had chicken madeira for about £12 and that was lovely too. Very spacious place with a good choice of premium beers and ales. Fair amount of parking too. Highly recommended.
Amazing food had a lovely meal out with family all made welcome including 3 yr old. gorgeous homemade food nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Best place i have been to in hull by far. Only draw back was waiting time with a child and possibly could have told us as first visit. But you knew it was all freshly made and served hot! Will be returning soon! They even made me a wonderful mocktail one very happy pregnant lady and extended family too!
Service was good and the food was very nice. My family loved the food my father especially loved the T-Bone steak. Unfortunately my steak pie was a little too hard but the meat was lovely and tender. We came on Father's Day and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. Will be coming back again!!
My GF and I went on a rainy night and we were not dissappointed, lovely interior decor and food, but not much to boast about. We where a bit cramped at our table, that may put some people off liking it, but didnt intrude our good time to much. Would reccommend going, if you havent already, especially for the lovely outside dining, which I imagine is fantastic to sit out in during a hot summer day.
