A year ago I put deposit down on suits for my wedding today I had to ask for my deposit back and cancel with 6 weeks to go to my big day. I have been in the store 3times but had been dealt with by 3 different people. We had suits and all picked. Yesterday evening we receive a phone call telling us the suit we picked they didn’t have for page boy the woman did apologise and asked us to come down to sort it out. We went down today and the woman who was different to the woman on the phone was so rude and not one apologise came out of her mouth for there mistake. In fact she didn’t care one single bit. She was quite happy to Pam us off with any old suit for the page boy. After telling them I would go else where I went back to get my deposit we stood waiting as she was dealing with another customer. I could hear the other customer say go deal with them I’m having a look and the woman’s who is staff words where ‘they can stand there and wait’ with 6 weeks to go and no suits for my wedding I would like to thank Louis boyds for there outstanding rude customer service. I will never be back and astonished at how my partner and myself was treated
