Loughbrickland Clinic is dedicated to the diagnosis & treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle, leg, knee, hip, shoulder, neck & spine all under one roof.

Story

Loughbrickland Clinic has a team of highly trained physiotherapists & podiatrists dedicated to the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic also offers video gait analysis, small Pilates classes, acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, laser & ultrasound. We also have an in-house lab for adjusting orthotics, insoles & footwear onsite. Clinics take place in the evenings, Saturday am as well as during the day. The clinic has full time secretarial cover Mon-Frid 9.30-6pm & on a Sat 9-12.30pm with free ample outside parking just off the A1.

After years of suffering from planter fasciitis and being unable to walk without pain, Caroline and her team sorted me out with a detailed program, including physio, stretching and orthotics, explaining every thing all the way. I cannot stress how good this practice is with regards feet issues and muscle issues. In the words of Tina Turner - Simply the Best.
I recently attended this clinic and have been extremely impressed with my treatment. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Caroline Spencer was so professional and thorough. I had difficulty walking properly and was in pain. She diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately sorted out treatment. I was treated by a very approachable and capable physiotherapist, Nathan. After two sessions with Nathan and new orthotics I am now able to walk with ease. I am so grateful for the wonderful treatment which has made such a difference to my life. Caroline gives a thoroughly professional assessment of needs. She is knowledgeable and informative. My orthoses are comfortable and are working for me. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Physiotherapist Nathan is also very thorough and professional in his approach. If you have a mechanical problem of any sort I would fully recommend an appointment at the Loughbrickland clinic.
I would highly recommend the service provided by Caroline and her team. I first saw Caroline back in 2014 following hip pain during marathon training. The team identified the correct sports orthotics, following a very thorough assessment which included reviewing my positioning while running. I have been using the orthotics ever since and they have enabled me to continue running. I recently got back in touch with Caroline to resurface the orthotics, all of which has been completed very efficiently and professionally.
After running a 2:39 marathon in late 2018 I had suffered with achilles issues almost ever since. My own physio recommended Caroline at the Loughbrickland Clinic due to her expertise in all things podiatry. I was so glad to learn Caroline is a fellow runner who, not only, understands how it feels to be injured but how important it is to get the right help. Within 15 minutes of assessing my injury Caroline was able to diagnose and offer a remedy. A few weeks on and my injury has almost healed and with the great advice Caroline offered I’m certain I will not only be back running pain free but will go on to run better than ever. I cannot recommend Caroline and the Loughbrickland Clinic highly enough. Thank you.
Excellent clinic. I have attended this clinic on numerous occasions staff are fantastic and friendly. I attended Nathan the physiotherapist, I have struggled with a sore leg for a couple of years and seen a few professionals with very little results of improvement. Nathan is a lovely young man who really knows his profession. I am walking and running pain free. My husband also attended Nathan with injuries hamstrings and back problems, he got my husband up and running again in no time. I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. I wish I had known about this young man as I wouldn't have needed to suffer as long as i did!!!
Went here for a pain in my foot that had been bothering me for years. After one visit with Caroline Spencer I knew what was causing the pain and what we could do help relieve it. After a couple more visits and custom orthotics the pain seems to be gone been wearing the orthotics for 5-6 weeks now.
Caroline and her team are superb. On the very 1st visit the problem was identified. After treatment by Caroline and Nathan I am 100% painfree
Excellent service with detail assessment . I was suffering from severe foot pain and was limping. After physio and orthodontics made, I am pain free. I would definitely recommend.
