Lee has always been able to reduce my pain and restore my movement, whether i am suffering from a gym related injury or the consequence of too many hours set at a desk in work. Immediate hands on treatment to sort out the pain combined with advice about exercise, posture and movement. Each visit i have something to take away with me from his broad knowledge of treatment and physical training. From attending Lee 2 years ago i have also started to follow a strict diet and exercise programme designed by himself and to be honest it has been life changing. Up to this point i was becoming a couch potatoe, my eating habits was terrible and exercise was nonexisting. I felt unhealthy and i had no confidence in myself whatsoever. The prospect of showing myself up in a gym horrified me but thanks to Lee and his guidence i am now 2 1/2 stone lighter and my comfort zone is now the gym. I could not recommend him enough.
