Undergrad here. Staffs are kind, lecturers are usually clear. Classmates are amazing and neighbour sucks. 2 things for the - 1 star 1. My neighbour keeps inviting her boyfriend and making love in really night. Like 3 am. Even in the exam period. I called the hall and they can't deal with it. I had written notes to her but not working. It's the 3rd time now and next time... I am really considering to make a claim before I lost my self control and call police. 2. Watch out on the Operating System and Networking module and the lecturer, a Chinese female. Her mock exam looks nothing like the real one. And note if you are from a joint course of computer science and business, let's say itmb, you will probably not have a good time here. The cs people look down and make fun of the business people's low coding skills and I guess some people will not like it. The environment is good. Good room and good food(except the rice are uncooked, like most European people do, as an Asian I don't accept uncooked rice) Great library and the classes are mostly clear and helpful. However the computers are slower than my own.

By far the largest University. I can see why its in the top 10. There is a large workload that they need to cut back on. Majority of students live on campus.

Spent four years here both as an Undergraduate and as a postgraduate in the English and Drama department. Course and staff were fantastic and helpful, but what really made my life at Loughborough so brill was the Students' Union. Best in the country for a reason - not only are the club nights more fun than a city, but I made my home there because of societies.

My lectures are cancelled due to the strikes. I think it is very immoral as lecturers usually have other jobs. If I was getting 80k to 90k to read of a PowerPoint I'd be laughing
