Lovely fresh and tasty food. It wasn’t easy to plan a Swansea funeral from Kent but Zoe made it easy and straightforward and was friendly and professional. Thank you. The cakes were amazing!!
Lack of filling especially the chicken hardly any in it even gaps in the roll with no chicken had them a few times but that seem to give even less every time and even with a thin layer of salad that’s all you can taste is the salad! It’s a shame really because if there was more you would have more people come to you. Also there was an insect in the lettuce ! I have the rolls picked up for me and opened it and insect crawled out of lettuce
Great service. The baguettes are always well filled and generous. Salad boxes are nice and fresh and the jackets are sweet and well cooked.
Great food, we have ordered lunch a few times from here now and it's fast becoming our go to in work! They have also been fantastic during the restrictions and always make sure collections are safe and spaced out
Called in early this morning before the cafe had actually opened on the off chance of finding somewhere to wait for another local business to open. Only wanted a coffee, but that was no problem at all to very welcoming and friendly proprietors. I really couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, service, or hospitality and I will definitely be using it again when I am across that way.
The food is more stars however the Man that delivers has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They make mistakes all the time and you are made to feel that it's your own fault. They will never apologise for any of their mistakes, I'm not sure he knows what an apology is. We understand mistakes happen, that's fine but an apology goes a long way. He throws the food at you as if we are inconveniencing his whole day! I've had enough abuse. I will find somewhere else to eat with someone that appreciates our custom.
Well this place really did shock me. The man who works there, I assume is the owner needs to learn some manners. Towards both his customers and his staff. He spoke to his staff like dirt infront of a full shop. I agree with a comment further down the line about how you're made to feel like an inconvenience. Rude rude rude. Lost my custom. And the cherry on the cake.... a colleague of mine who eats takeaway there every day was served a MOULDY piece of cake. Absokiuteky shameful. She did get her money back..... And a kitkat for the inconvenience. Appalling. I'm not out to put any place down but this place is a real disappointment
Absolutely appalling. Have a half hour lunch break, 20 mins of which was spent waiting for a quiche that I asked for either warm or cold depending on whatever's quicker. Gave me my money back, which doesn't really help when you have a full afternoon of seeing clients! It's a sandwich shop that serves the lunchtime crowd. They move very slowly to clear the queue, so visit elsewhere if you don't have an hour's lunch break.
Haven't been here in a while but my god do they do an amazing lasagne, infact even writing this review is making me want to pop down tomorrow for a lasagne. Personally I don't rate the bagettes all to much especially with subway just around the corner but not a massive price difference however their salads, pasta and as possibility already mentioned their lasagne are definitely worth a visit.
