Came there to get a haircut. I told the ginger lady to give me a number 1 on the side with a fade and to trim the top . Staff are rude and half of them dont speak english properly. In the end I came out looking like a BTEC tic tac, please dont go here.

Rude prefer money to.qaulity messed up my hair line.n tried to.tell me.its my natural hair line won't be coming here again regret waisting.money here over the years only one in there with skill at barbering is the blonde lady only polite one as well

Took my children for haircut .barber rushed my son telling him hurry up people are busy .we are talking about a 6 year old child here .most hairdressers non English speaking .the barber which I assumed is in charge over talk me when I was trying to explain the haircut I want for my children .he is very rude and inconsiderate ,not children friendly at all .one of the hairdresser doing somebody else’s hair wouldn’t let me stand to watch my four year old who wasn’t comfortable. It was an absolute utter disappointment and a rip off of my money with my children hair looking absolutely nothing like I had asked for .more over after their haircuts my kids walk out with bits of hair around their face and neck . There is no customer service skills moreover not a child friendly atmosphere and it seems rudeness is the motto of this place.

I came here today to get a haircut. The service was really fast I walked in and they already had someone ready to serve me without booking. But the person cutting my hair was not good at all...... I told her I want it just short in the sides and leave the top and she just cut half my top..... I was growing my hair to.I had a length at about when I pulled it down it reached my lip. But after this it only reached the bottom of my eye lid. I was really disappointed and look like a utter idiot with this hairstyle. Thanks for that a lot very dissappinted. I don’t even think the hairdresser knew what she was doing. I was hoping good from this after reading the comments and reviews. Thanks a lot now I have to go to school looking like a complete jerk with long sides and a really short top.. I won’t be coming here again sorry and I will be coming back to seee the manager soon I’m currently out of Wolverhampton and will be coming back soon as a student................. I really was not pleased with the haircut. Also they keep moving your head so hardly and harshly. I locked down a little and the lady grabbed my head and just pushed it up, awfull. Also I have been left with loads of red scratched all at the back of my head from the razor. I’m sorry but I can defiantly find such a better place than this with actually TRAINED staff. Sorry for writing this but this is really how I feel about my cut.

very good hair cut never had a problem a part from always busy but it is popular so that`s why it is always busy
