Up sell leaves you feeling conned!! I don't mind paying extra for a service if it offers value for money but you shouldn't walk away from an establishment feeling robbed. Didn't leave a tip due to this and wont return or recommend.

Appointment for 07/02/2018
Requested wash, cut and blow wave. Simple straight cut. Wanted 2” off length and full fringe. Easy peasy! Sorry it was a dreadful cut, uneven and crooked. Waste of £42. Even the blow wave failed to hold any style. It was just glammed up by ‘lacquer’.
Stylist needs to update his tools and cleanliness with brushes would be appreciated. Bent teeth on cutting comb. Very bad impression! Very disappointed.

Walked past by chance. Staff were friendly and helpful 😊 made me a latte while I waited. Had my nails done by Hayley she took lots of care over them and they look fabulous. Would definitely recommend
