We purchased a property through Longsons in Swaffham. From the very first viewing they were outstanding, Kyle went above and beyond to keep us informed every minute of the way. All staff were polite and helpful, I only wish the agent we sold our property through had been a little more like Longsons we are from out of the area. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a property through Longsons and must say what a great , professional service I recieved .Imogen Walker was my liaison for the purchace and has made my life a lot less stressful with her great communication and understanding in matters . I bought through Longsons and the whole team were first-class from beginning to end. Kyle dealt with my purchase who was excellent. He ensured I was regularly updated and was extremely polite, helpful and professional. The videos of properties for sale taken by Gary are also excellent and really helpful for purchasers. Would I use Longsons again 100%. Have recently bought and sold through Longsons and they were amazing, professional, friendly, supportive and kept us in the picture at all times. What a great team in Watton. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I can only comment as a landlord, I have no experience of the sale side. Unfortunately my experience as a landlord with Longsons has not been great and I am now financially out of pocket. Their communication is abysmal. Inspections are carried out but faults are not reported back until it's too late. The old saying of no news is good news does not apply here. Shop around before you commit.
Achieved a completion within 7 wks of viewing. A team effort in which Longsons played a sterling role. I have never had an agency keep me so well informed with updates, even if nothing has changed. Every member of the team from rentals to management to sales do what they say, when they say. Bang on team and with sincere thanks :
