From our first contact with Homeworks to completion of our sale/purchase, we have found the service to be exceptional. Carl provided a realistic valuation, agreed an excellent rate for their services and marketed the property quickly. We agreed an offer within a few weeks and the after-sales support we have received from Lauren and the team has been incredible. They have been such a help in securing completion with a tricky chain. We dealt with Lauren, Mati and Carl and all were friendly, approachable and happy to help. Highly recommend this local agent.
We recently sold our house with Homeworks through recommendations from many other people. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Every single member of the team have been fantastic throughout. They were thorough, understanding of our circumstances, caring, on the ball, more than helpful with recommending electricians for checks etc. What we felt would be an incredibly difficult time, was made all the easier by the team…it was seamless and all sold without hiccups. They were thoughtful, polite always and updated us the whole way through with news and deadlines etc. Honestly can’t thank the team enough for all they have done for us and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!
Purchased through Homeworks and recommend thier service. The team keept us in the loop with weekly updates and helped chase up outstanding or difficult queries with all parties when they could. When our first purchase fell through due to the vendor, Homeworks helped us find another property really quickly. Never felt as if it was too much to call or email them. Would use them to sell in the future.

Thank you! The Homeworks team and Lauren especially have made a task we were dreading into one that from our side of things was relatively straight forward. We had some ups and downs with dates which were out of the teams hands but Lauren maintained communication and was straight on it to deliver any news we required. Homeworks have been such a great help to me and my family in both selling our house and our onward purchase. It didn't take them long, at all, to find a buyer. What I didn't realise, however, is how important 'aftersales' is and this is where they blew me away with how fantastic they are. They kept me updated, were proactive, helped with any issues which arose during the conveyancing process. They remained calm, helpful and assuring despite my heightened anxiety. I have experienced half a dozen of the other agents which serve the Dereham area and I wouldn't recommend anyone else - in fact they're now selling my father-in-law's house.
