I couldn’t recommend this surgery more. My daughter is 5 months old and they have seen her without question every time I have called even out of hours. It doesn’t take long to get through to them via phone, I’ve always let like the Doctors care as they don’t rush you out of there like other surgeries. Fantastic team of Doctors, nurses and reception staff.

Extremely disappointed. Had an appointment for my daughter for her 1 year injections and was turned away for being 7 minutes late! You would think they would make allowances for babies knowing how hectic it can be especially considering whenever I have an appointment I'm always waiting at least 15+ minutes to be seen!

Easy to see why such low ratings. If someone in another country calls with concerns about their parents' safety, a 20 minute conversation should not ensue with a receptionist arguing about what cannot be done. I don't care if doctors can't visit unless there is a medical need, or a nurse can't visit because they only change dressings or give injections - a phone call from a doctor's office to check on a patient with Alzheimer's who is being cared for with little support by her husband takes 5 mins! Can I offer to pay for the doctor or nurse's time - because if that's what it takes I will! Just a couple of suggestions or words of advice would have been nice - or even a little compassion? I will hold this office responsible if anything happens to my parents - let's hope the conversations really are recorded.

Just took my partner over 200 calls to reach reception and get a doctors appointment. Unbelievable in this day and age that you have to do this to see your doctor, but there is no other way as they won't do appointments unless you go through this in the morning. Surgery is massively over subscribed. Also tiny rubbish car park. Changes needed!

The worst and rudest doctors I've ever been too receptionists laugh at you. They never have appointment all prescriptions can be changed to whatever cheap brand they want at anytime and half of the doctors are unprofessional and have no compassion although the nurses there are they only good thing about the place
