"Longacres Bybrook Barn in Ashford, Kent is our fourth site; and our first outside of Surrey. Since we took over in July 2016, we have resurfaced the entire site, inside and out. We’ve replaced all of the tired fittings, built a brand new restaurant, added a children’s play area, and our rebuild of the aquatics section indoor and outdoor was completed in April 2018. The Bybrook Barn store carries a large range of products, including outdoor plants, shrubs and trees, houseplants, cut flowers and floristry, giftware, cards, garden tools, garden sundries, chemicals, toys, food, stoneware, aggregates, timber and fencing. Be sure to see our impressive mezzanine for an enormous range of garden furniture and barbecues!"

Lovely store, nice unique gifts and home ware bit expensive but good quality. They have food where you can buy chutney and jams,cakes etc. Great range of plants and well looked after. Definitely worth a visit at Christmas fantastic decorations, toys for the children. Staff are very polite and helpful. Plenty of free parking.
Dog friendly store, dogs are allowed in the outside restaurant seating areas good restaurant serving a variety of hot foods quite generous portions and drinks. Good store for pets, aquarium goods and provisions. Lots of gifts and foods, clothing, gardening etc.
First time visiting here. Not difficult to find. Plenty of parking including disabled bays. Great range of plants and garden tools and accessories. Also on site a vast range of other shopping areas, from pets, clothing, crafting, food etc. Reasonable prices and different items to the high street. Very nice cafe for a drink or something to eat. Enjoyed the visit and look forward to going back.
I always love this place especially at Christmas time. So many different festive options and cool things to look at. Really good range of items from decor to gifts to food. Only downfall is some of the staff can be quite moody on the tills and it can be quite pricey for certain things. I am yet to try out the cafe!
Had fish, chips and peas for lunch. Excellent. Speedy service with a smile, well cooked and tasty, and good value for money. Well stocked shop, particularly gardening products, good prices. Drive through compost service - they even load it into your car - brilliant idea.
Restaurants has been disappointing last few visits . Staff think they are to busy to give you great customer service and make no effort to go that extra mile . Restaurants only a one star today. Food and service poor . The cafe let's the rest of the garden centre down today again. So only gets a 3 star this time . 4 months ago a 4 star then. Really nice garden centre, easy parking, Good craft section. Lots of different areas to shop , kid toys area etc. Staff in Pavers shoe shop where excellent, great service very helpful and friendly and professional. My visit was most enjoyable. Hot tubs company has move. Hand Car wash in car park. Nice outside area to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee , staff in cafe ok but could of been more friendly. If cafe better service would of been a 5 star experience.
My favourite garden centre, it has a good cafe as an added bonus. A bit pricey but what isn't these day's. A must at Christmas time with a very large selection of decorations, trees, and lights. Especially after when they are on sale.
Beautiful place to go lovely little lake got some lovely things
Always pop into the cafe for a cup of tea and a sandwich. Good selection of food available and generally very quick. The garden centre has a range of products available and always good quality. Particularly enjoy their Christmas selection.
Great selection of plants during the season, has a good tropical fish shop inside, great this time of year if your into Christmas Dec's, has clothes and shoes concessions inside, but you will need a chair to sit down on once your at the till in the cafe, mega expensive
