Firstly the parking is a nightmare and very confusing. I then was totally ignored at the counter for at least 8 minutes. When the lady did surve me she was non apologetic for the long wait,also very miserable. I then had to drive over the road for my hay to be greated by a gentleman who's trousers were hanging down and had his underwear on show! He said nothing to me even though I said hello. He chucked it in my car in a way that blocked my mirror (which was totally unnecessary) and walked off! Absolutely outrageous! I've been buying from this company for over 10 years. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back.

I just buy hay there (good price, good quality) for our guinea pigs, but there's plenty of accessories for horses and staff is really friendly.
