Awful GP surgery! Completely gone down hill these last few years! You can not book any appointments, including non emergency ones in advance. Have to call on the day which means I have to take a day off work in the hope you’ll get through and even then if you do get through the doctor will only call you and then decide if he wants to see you. Wouldn’t even give it one star if I could.
Booking system is appalling, doctor is late and I am sure this is not the case but you cant help but feel like you are just a number. In & out. I want to know my GP. I have no relationship at all and that is sad in today's society!
The receptionists area is rubbish!! You can barely get through even if you ring at 8am and if you're lucky to get through you're told no appointment,  please call tomorrow morning again. This situation plays itself out everyday unfortunately. I rang 8am and luckily got the  phone ringing without having to radial a thousand times. Even though the phone was ringing over two hours no one answered. I've hung up and redial, and waited another hour yet no answer. Yes, and I mean yes, that is how extremely and perfectly brilliant the receptionists are ha ha ha!!  What a dreadful experience! The telephone system lies a lot about positioning. I want to move on but my son and I are there and he hates changing GP. Moreover, they've got a massive car park with loads of spaces and doctors are helpful too with a great waiting time. Please do not rely on these people for any non 99 urgency because you might not get through. Hospital keeps one waiting for about 4 hours for non-emergency treatment.
They NEVER pick up the phone… prescriptions are always late being sent over to the chemist, they never respond to emails and organising appointments is actually the most painful thing. The actual doctors and nurses are really decent but sorry, I won’t lie, the reception needs to do better…. I’ve literally stood in front of the desk, first in line and have just stood there watching them, waiting to be served whilst listening to the phones ring and ring

Complete waste of time Did called this morning exactly at 8am to get doctors appointment for our son. Was waiting 30min in queue and been told that all slots been taken and was offered a phone one instead scheduled tof afternoon. My wife had to finish early her work as well my son was stood down in his school to take a part in this call. Unfortunately noone has called.
This practice was very good when we first joined it has gone from bad to worse, it’s dreadful … calling for an appointment at 8am, 17th in queue then told there are no appts, phone the next day. Some of the receptionists need to learn customer care, they can be rude at times. Never get to see a dr, and never get to speak to the same dr, I spoke to a remote dr the other week, he doesn’t know my medical history!
Was referred by NHS 111 to be seen in person by my GP. Managed to get through, to be told nothing available as doctor called in sick… so they only have one doctor in that whole building? Place is a mess, looking at other comments I am not the only one who can never get an appointment. Why has the CQC not investigated this place and put it into special measures?
Dr viano is the least understanding doctor there is so rude I told him I have no way of getting to the hospital and my anxiety is that bad to be able to sit there for hours he tells me we’ll get public transport I explain I have been bed bound can you not examine me no go ane these people do not care
Had a blood test today, the phlebotomy dept were lovely. I had to take my children with me today and the lady that saw me was amazing with my youngest. Hope this review gets to you thank you so much for being so kind xx
