I went to Boots in Rainham this morning my glasses broken Lisa was so helpful excellent customer service thank you again for sorting my glasses out xx
Had trouble arranging an appointment pre covid. Kept being moved due to Locums, then lockdown happened. By time I realised they had reopened I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. However, they phoned today with a cancellation appointment and was seen a few hours later. The staff are great and couldn't be more helpful. Especially Agnes, the optometrist, who was very good with my daughter and did a very thorough examination.
Staff were very rude and unhelpful with aftercare. Basically blamed me for the poor quality of product I was sold. The customer care attitude was appalling. Boots were my first choice as a recognised brand. I'm now unbelievably shocked. Since this has happened to me I have also spoke to neighbours that have also had the same trouble. Poor lens quality. Poor aftercare Definitely worth avoiding.
I HAD A EYE TEST MONTHS AGO AND CHOSE A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A £50 VOUCHER,THEY CHECKED IT ON COMPUTER AND CONFIRMED IT, NOW AFTER GOING BACK TO PAY THE SHORT FALL OF £25 THEY ARE DENING IT SAYING I DON'T HAVE A £50 VOUCHER. THEY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM AFTER TELLING ME ONE THING AND THEN TELLING ME DIFFERENT.IM DISCUTED IN THE WOMANS ATTITUDE.
No one answering calls, obviously don't want my business
