I went to this place to get treatment for what I thought was Millia around my eyes. I dropped in, in February 2018 and was told the specialist wasn’t around. The receptionist took photos on her phone of the bumps around my eyes and took my telephone number telling me someone would call me back. A week later I still hadn't had a phone call, so I called them to chase it up. I went in for initial consultation and the specialist confirmed it was Millia but I couldn’t get treated that day because the person who does that treatment wasn’t there. An appointment was made with for Monday 19th February where I was see by Mittesh, he seemed enthusiastic and friendly. He examined the area around my eyes and informed me that I did not have Millia, instead the bumps were called Syringoma. He advised that I didn't have treatment that day as I was travelling a few days later. Instead he gave me his number and told me to contact him via whatsapp at the end of March to arrange treatment at the beginning of April. On the 27th Of March I contacted him to arrange an appointment, no reply. I chased it up on the 29th March. He couldn't do the date I suggested, no alternative apart from that same day was given. I couldn't do the same day. I replied asking availability for the second week of April and I am still waiting for a reply. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort. Clearly they don't need my custom. Lost all faith in this company, the customer should not have to chase them. Very poor customer service.

Amazing athmosphere , we have our Laser courses done in the course center ! Sara and Mitesh are very professional, honest and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have training. The clinic is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Have had really great results so far. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The site itself is big, modern and clean. Prices are very reasonable!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They are wonderfully kind people with a friendly, professional service, at amazing prices. Anyone considering laser should give this place a go first. Moreover, I would particularly like to praise Sara Surti, who didn't blink an eye at my awkward ways, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere.
