Awful place for customer service. I was 4 minutes late for my appointment after driving 45mins to get to the salon And was then told when I was outside parking that I would have to wait over an hour to see someone. Even thought my appointment would have taken at least half an hour so not sure why I could just carry on with my original time. The receptionist who rang me did not even try to make me happy after she knew I had driven a while to get there. I would not recommend this place even if the prices are lower.

Very professional service, fantastic results from Laser treatment, highly recommend Elixir to family and friends. Jola was absolutely superb, great personality, very knowledgeable and always wants the best outcome for her clients.

I’ve had eyebrow microblading and lazer pigmenration removal by Jola over the last few months. I’ve been back several times and been really happy with the experience and the results. I feel like I’ve found someone who is professional, knowledgeable and I can trust with my looks so plan to return for more treatments. Thank you Jola

I bought a voucher in groupon for semi permanent make up in which i was very hesitant due to previous bad experiences. Having had my lip liner done twice previously somewhere else I was worried of the results however Jola made me feel so comfortable and I must say she is very good at her job. My lip was swollen for a few hours and I could already see the results which i was very amazed as previously the pain lasted 2 days and I had a few cold sores . I highly recommend it, its very clean and professional and very good results.

They are incredibly professional and really helpful. Ms Jola is very easy and comfortable to be around and gets the job done!! Highly recommend Elixer Cosmetics!!
