It's like visiting a knowledgeable local independent with the back up of a load more branches, new or second hand they really can help.

The prices are competitive and the staff have way more knowledge than you average shop that happens to sell cameras. Recommended.

Expensive in relation to online places but staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Another visit to the Nottingham branch of London Camera Exchange on Saturday. This time I was served by Aaron junior who was very helpful in letting me try out a camera and lens in the store and provided all the information I needed to make a purchase. Highly recommended.

London camera exchange what can I say well if you a amateur photographer or maybe a professional photographer these guy are at the top of there game very friendly staff always ready to answer any questions you may have great products at reasonable prices

I haven't had a customer service experience but all I know is that their range is sad as the store is too small. They have the cutting edge gear but nothing affordable and used gear is almost non-existent. It's okay but nothing to write home about.
