Excellent service and knowledge with the help of purchasing Zeiss 8x42 binoculars and a Nikon Z6 II 24-70 kit. Very happy customers.

After visually checking the lens of my camera, one of the staff confidently sold me the wrong size lens cap. Broke one of the spring clips trying to fit it before realising and looking it up on the internet. Went back to the store and told the person who originally served me of the error - not so much as an acknowledgment of their mistake, much less an apology or any kind of remediation as i had to pay a second time.  I'm sure it was an uncommon mistake but i don't have trust in LCE anymore.

5 star service today, super helpful member of staff that gave lots of useful advice and guidance to novices like myself and my Mum. Got a lovely piece of kit for a fair price, will be visiting again.

Such a friendly business. My camera had stopped working properly and they were able to fix it for me very quickly with a simple reset. They didn't even charge me for doing this. They obviously have lots of knowledge and experience

Thanks to the guys at LCE and SWAROVSKI for repairing my binoculars for free, even though they were outside the warranty period. Great service isn't a given, no matter how much money you spend. Top marks.
