Good customer service in the beginning. He came quick to do the spray. However, few weeks later I found one bedbug again. I meesage him to get the second free spray and he didn't respond. After continuing message him and try to contact him through the website he finally replied to me. I tried to get an appointment over the last month but he has never found a suitable time for me, even though I gave him too many options.
