If Basil Fawlty ran a shop...... Ban people for absolutely no reason just because they live on the council estate, utterly devoid of manners and brimming over with arrogance. There is more too, how about undercooked food from their hot food takeaway, leathery (elderly) salad from the salad bar, smelly meat from the meat chiller (absolutely stank and had to be binned immediately), flat pop (vimto) from the drinks area. Absolutely every time I went in I made a point of being polite (even when pointing out my statutory rights) because it was obvious that one of the staff (grumpy morning shift female with bobbed hair and an expression like a bulldog chewing a wasp) had an ongoing issue with me, this culminated in my being banned in my absence, and having the fact broadcast loudly in front of their other customer (busy shop huh) 'Dont serve him Brad' to the Post Office Counter clerk when I next entered the building....... and they wonder why people avoid the place! Oh yeah, they also refuse to divulge the detals of the stores owners to the public so that complaints cannot be made to them, amazing place.... 'FAWLTY STORES'
