Never enough staff in the coffee shop. Half the coffee shop shut off. Tables not cleaned and covered in cups plates. 2 girls came in plonked them selves down with fish and chips from chip shop. It's not the staff fault it's the management. Never see anyone in charge in there. I've only rated 1 star because I feel sorry for the cafe staff.

Staff just ignore you. Our first shopping experience having moved to the area. Self serve tills, machine said wait for store assistant. Meanwhile the machine next to us a member of staff was doing her own shopping and the same thing happened. She cleared her own warning, looked at me and carried on. 5 mins we stood there for. Another member of staff then shouts “she’s just in the loo, she’ll be with you soon”. Disgraceful.

minute wait for prescription at chemist, despite being assured it would be 15-20 minutes, which I explained when I left it that I couldn't wait longer than 20 mins. When I returned it took a while to locate the prescription then another 15 minute wait. I'm afraid I won't be using there again unless I have plenty of time to spare.

I did not like this shop, no good deals everything is pricey, there's better shops in town. Although it was pricey the food was good quality it's so big with little direction. Won't be going here again.

Great selection if fresh and cooked food. Own bakery and deli. Good fresh fish counter.
