I went to this shop today to buy some essentials items. When I went to pay for these items I went to hand the lady behind the counter £10 , then I said sorry I actually want to pay by card please. The lady was VERY RUDE she told me it’s to late and she wouldn’t do it for me?? I said his is how I wish to pay so please void the transaction as I wish to pay by card. She refused this , I had to then lean over and take my money out of her hand as she wouldn’t give MY money back. I left the items and went to my car. I then rang head office as this issue needed to be reported. When I was on the phone the man could even hear the man who ownd the shop shouting at me that I was a thief??? This is disgusting behaviour And I’ve also read reviews online about them being an issue before. I’ve also reported this to the police as I find there approach to me was very rude and intimidating. I would advise anyone in this area not to shop in this shop!!!

The owner of this shop is a c*nt. he is rude to majority of his customers and would happily see a disabled person go without food or electric. He will NOT accommodate any help for any of his customers and talks to his staff like they are trash. I strongly recommend you do not shop here as I have seen this happening over several months.
