Went to buy some items this evening and the disgusting behaviour by the young gentleman behind the counter was disgraceful he clearly had a huge chip on his shoulder, he snatched my £20 then with the change scattered it all over the place... Absolute idiot. Learn some manners and customer service, I've work in retail for 20 years and you my lad need working on.
Great store, good selection for an express and always a good stop for a cheap lunch!
Why do they hire staff that don't listen to what you are saying.nI went to buy an item and I asked the staff that was behind the counter. Not listening to what I had said to busy talking to another staff member. when they finally listened to what I asked gave me the wrong item. What are you seriously. I asked again but just didn't bother. Paid for the other items and went somewhere else.nOh another thing watch out if you have a passport. I got told mine was a fake. yet that staff member served me before with the item. So how does that work?
Went in for a quick shop,was served by a very miserable member of staff.they never spoke to me during the whole transaction. No wonder the high street is struggling.
Normal Tesco. Little problems with communication with staff. But everything life important is there.
