Apart from being coughed on by a cashier, it's a nice store with a nice atmosphere. You could do with more aisle space because it's a busy shop and deservedly so. I would have given 5 stars but you can't go coughing on customers. Cover your mouth!
Sold me milk that tasted expired
I just have to say thank you to the young lady with gold round glasses, sorry I didn't get your name. I asked to check the ingredients of a roll and also swap a fresh cream cake. Very helpful, cheerful, polite, and welcoming. I use the bakery almost every Saturday, get a family picnic together. Best filled rolls in the county.
Half decent rolls that aren't worth the rudeness of the ladies serving. One was snappy because I asked for two rolls at once - so hard to remember! Another made my 12 year old feel awful because she couldn't make her mind up fast enough for her. Really not worth the cold faces and short sharp answers.
Was made to feel bad and awkward for bringing parcels to the post office. Cashier visibly rolled her eyes at the customer behind me who was huffing because she had to wait. I was in store no more than 10 minutes. Shame as this is my local store and alot of the staff are great and friendly. But this is the service I need the most and won't be returning.
