Recently used Lomond to sell my property as had a good experience with them previously. Was not disappointed. Joe is so personable and professional. He offered clear and helpful advice in order for me to make an informed decision about how to prepare for my sale, under no obligation. Once I decided to go ahead, no time was wasted in marketing my home, and Fiona and Lesley-Ann kept me updated regarding viewings etc. I accepted an offer within 48 hours of going on the market. I was overwhelmed but delighted. Was also happy to secure another property that they were selling. Amazing team. Thank you .

Highly recommend! From the very beginning of my house sale & purchase the full Lomond team were fantastic. We were made to feel like the team were in it with us, answering all questions, fully understanding our position, guiding us through, looking at our best interests; the knowledge they have is second to none and there’s no coincidence they are top! By the end of the process I felt like they were my friends and would definitely use them again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Joe was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He's not a fan of heights but he even climbed the ladder to get the required pictures. Joe worked quickly and the property was listed for sale within a few days. The staff in the office kept me up to date with viewings and were extremely efficient.  This is the second time using Lomond and we cant fault the service. Thank you very much.

Joe and team were fantastic, despite house sale falling through at no fault of lomond it was quickly sold again within the week of returning to market. Their marketing was also first class. I would highly recommend lomond.

Called this company to arrange a viewing for a rental property in Irvine.  We travelled down from Aberdeen specifically and were shown round property.  Agent said to call him later that day with a decision if we wanted to be considered for property.  Called back that afternoon and said we would like to go ahead. He said he would speak to owner and get back next day.  Still waiting 3 days later.  If we were not suitable it would have been common courtesy to just say so.

We thought we had a sale but fell through Lomond office Irvine worked hard to find new buyers and were successful in a short space of time  kept us informed all through the process
