Reasonably priced petrol for this area. You need to go into Leominster or Hereford to get it cheaper.
Purchased a faulty vape and returned within 10 mins to be told because I didn't have a receipt I couldn't exchange. I was then told I could have brought it anywhere. Despite literally being in there 10 mins ago. The young lady behind the counter was dismissive to the point of being rude, and it wasn't until the manager appeared that I was finally given an exchange. Even then, I was treated with no courtesy what so ever. This was a 4.99 disposable vape. Being local, I literally spend thousands at this garage each year on fuel, etc. For 4.99, they have now lost my custom for good. Very disappointing attitude and customer service.
Very good service. Highly recommend. Fuel prices might be high but it's the only petrol station for miles. High price is probably due to the cost of the fuel having to be delivered from far away so reasonable considering. New renovation is lovely.
I was totally shocked and disguisted with one member of staff customer service.. which was none ! No pleasant good morning/afternoon/evening ... no pump etc .. he was arrogant, ignorant and very rude.. I felt like he didn't want to be there, swore under his breath because my card didn't work in his card scanner, even though i had just used it else where, he never explained what he was doing . I was so shocked I was stunned for words.... because I know most of the staff are courteous and very pleasant this lad is giving the new refurb a bad reputation!n#update# Use often and the staff that are there are all very polite and courteous think the one member of staff no longer works there.
Good opening hours but extremely expensive fuel and every other garage I know has free air for the tyres expect to pay a kings ransom for it here.
