Ben and John managed to fix my old and seemingly dead computer and recover all of my essential files needed for the taxman along with my family photos. Thanks! Following this they set up a reliable backup facility so that I won't be in danger of losing these files again. Great Service Guys.

John has provided IT and web design support to our business for several years now. He is our first point of contact and never fails to deliver the goods. He recently provided IT training at our head office for a new senior member of staff which was received very well.

Very nice people but unfortunately a very bad service. The laptop has been in the shop for over 2 weeks and after, I think, 4th of my visit I have heard: ‘sorry,...’- another excuse. I basically took the laptop with me because it’s been there long enough + nobody tried to ring me to explain the situation, nobody. Unfortunately I can not recommend.
