I ordered the meal at 18:00, and after 50 minutes was called by the takeaway with no apology, only to blame the driver, saying he had driven to a different area of Aylesbury and wouldn't be back at the takeaway for another 30 minutes. End of phonecall. Absolutely shocking customer service. I won't be using this company again in a hurry. As I type this, I am still waiting for my meal but won't be around to collect it, given that I need to leave for work.
Always service with a smile. And always cook just like I ask which is well done. I would highly recommend Lois Special Takeaway. The manager always knows how to cook my food. I don't even need to ask. Well to the manager super!!!
Regular fish was a half of fish, sausage and chips were put in foam boxes that melted in to each other as it was so hot. I gave it 2 stars as it was hot but not the best quality
outstanding takeaway great value for money loads to choose from and excellent quality delivery is always early or on time free drink or ice cream with delivery orders over £20 or free drink with collection orders over £15
Have walked up to the take away a few times now but it’s never open on time. It used to be 11 we used to walk up and be told it’s not open till 12 then walked up today at 12 and got told it wouldn’t be open till 1 I wished they’d sort there timing out probably won’t be going there anymore
We just had an amazing chicken which kebab, it was made fresh as we waited, the naan was light and fluffy the whole thing was delicious and great value, the staff are very friendly, give it a go i can highly recommend this kebab
Paid online for it and when i got there to collect it , the place was shut down!! Apparently moved 15 min away. When finally got there, was not impressed with the food at all. Would not recommend it
How do I give this no stars four pieces of chicken in the curry same with the lamb then the sauce was like water... I would never go back here again but did get my money back after he trying too give me free curry's..
Always trying to over charge, trying to charge me £3 for chips paid for 4 cans of drinks and only gave me 3 the food is disgusting chicken is gone off and salty, sick of all these dirty kebab shops!
Great service, really tasty food, friendly staff, good prices, very clean and tidy premises, highly recommended
