Absolutely disgusting. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the second time we have been horribly let down by this terrible company. Ordered through Uber eats. Delivery said 5-25 mins. 55 mins later the food turned up stone cold. Cheese wasn’t melted on the chips. Meat was absolutely gross. Totally inedible. Called company who told us there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t refund because we had ordered through Uber. Avoid at all costs. Totally ruined our Saturday night.
Very upset to have to change my review but their quality has gone down. And in all of our kebabs we have found bits of bone? And one was a semi large piece too. The pics down below were really nice food but this was before the quality seemed to have changed
Ordered via Uber eats which said 5 to 25 minutes which very quickly update to over an hour. When the food arrived it was no better than lukewarm. Whilst there was lots of meat & chips a side order the salad became 2 very small bits of red cabbage, a spoon of coleslaw, 2 tiny shreds of onion and 6 kernels of sweetcorn yes I counted them Like I said, the meat was plentiful but the rest was shocking. I won’t order again. I’ll jump in my car and go to The Mediterranean Kebab on Cambridge street
Ordered food via uber, turned up late. Chips cold and soggy. Gougons were OK but no lettuce. Chicken burger , no lettuce or cucumber as requested and dripping in oil. Donor kebab cold and tasted like it was a day old, pretty bad- just chucked it away. Again incorrect salad no lettuce or cucumber...etc.....overall not a good experience even with the children commenting how bad it was and a waste of money
Avoid! Food quality terrible. Used to be one of the best but now... Order arrived with 30 min later. Was cold and old all food. Cake best before was expired 2 month ago... Avoid them.
I used the service quite a lot. This time, I ordered after 8pm and you could see that tye quality wasn’t there anymore. Very disappointed due to being so happy prior to this order.
Absolutely disgusting and disappointing ordered the food but forgot drinks and it took long to come until we had food without drinks chips is so hard the burger tastes uncooked and bare sauce everywhere pattern up.
Absolutely disgusting food was delivered freezing cold and won't pick up the phone to discuss it shocking customer serviceand should be shut down
Lovely chicken kebabs with coleslaw and chips. Loads of chicken delivered on time, very tasty
Absolutely shocking service, ordered over £30 worth of food and it came stone cold!!
