Ordered 1 only plain jacket with no logos 4 weeks ago. Still waiting!! Phone number goes to a voicemail that does not say it is Logo Direct and will not let you leave a message. They are not responding to e-mails. HAVE I BEEN CONNED????? You have now finally responded. I have received your e-mail cancelling my order. It would have been nice if you could have spoken to me before doing that. If you let your customer know it is out of stock and a lead time for delivery then I would be able to decide whether I wait until you have it in stock or purchase elsewhere. I have now wasted 4 weeks waiting. You have just lost a potential order of 500 units. Terrible customer service.
Looks like they have gone out of business again or are on a long holiday. No response to calls or emails. Ordered 2 embroidered polo shirts as website looked really good. This was on June 24th and they took the payment straight away. On doing research the previous company name Logo Direct was dissolved in 2016. This new company is called Logo Group and says they are still active. The company directors are Iain Sked, John Jamieson and Ross Davidson. The address is in Dalgety Bay Scotland. I am order number 2100 so looks like a few hundred people might have been stolen from. They have taken away the Facebook page which suggests they have gone bust as well. Avoid this company and if you have paid them money try and reclaim through your bank or credit card company and also let Fife trading standards know about them. I am currently £45 out of pocket because of them.
I don't think that this company exists anymore. Somebody took my money but never replied to any emails or calls. I've either been scammed or they've shut down. Now waiting for a refund from my credit card supplier. A REPLY TO THE RESPONSE BELOW. I've been trying to phone you and sent numerous emails but you have failed to respond to all of them. I placed an order with you over 2 weeks ago but I've had nothing back. Check order 1973 and then get back to me.
Terrible service, wouldn't even give 1 star as that would be a compliment. Ordered ONE SINGLE unit June 15th, now July 13th and still not received. Emailed ten days ago and no response. Dreadful company. Will be contacting my bank for a refund and taking this up with Trading Standards.
I placed a large order over 4wks ago have not received anything, I have sent emails upon emails also rang the number provided and still no answer also searched addresses which come up as something else so I now am going to seek legal advice on this matter.
Don't reply to emails or calls they take your money but you get nothing in return yes you have conned another customer
where the hell is my order. No answer to calls or emails. I'm furious
