Thank you Loft Storage Solutions Ltd. From the moment I rang and spoke to Mike to Graham the Joiner leaving my home, I was nothing but absolutely delighted. Mike came to my home, explained my options with no hard sell. Just practical advice. Date and time arranged for loft ladders and boarding to be installed. Graham arrived on time, very professional and approachable. Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving taken removed materials away. Explained how to use the ladder with some very useful tips. Price very reasonable, but no shortcuts. For the price paid really not worth the hassle doing it myself. Would highly recommend. Thank you. Kim

Employed Mike and his team to fit a lift ladder. The joiner turned up as expected and very quickly fitted the new ladder. All in he was done before dinner. I had to assist him in removing the plaster board due to the weight was double boarded there is no way he would have been able to do it alone. Once he left I had a big draft coming from the hatch, this was due to him leaving large gaps around the hatch surround. I sorted this temporarily with gaffer tape which did the job. Once in the loft realised that all the insulation above where the new hatch was being fitted had simply been piled in the middle of the loft and was still there. None had been put back around the hatch area which left large parts with no insulation. Happy with the hatch itself, simply feel it was rushed. Reckon I was charged around £200 for labour which I would have been happy with if the gaps had been sealed and insulation put back but not for a rush job that took a couple of hours at most.

I had this company quote and install a loft ladder in October 2017. They were excellent, prompt for both the quote and the installation. Very helpful at the quote stage, explaining what I needed and the options available to me. The installation went well, arrived on time, made no mess, installed and instructed me on the use of the loft ladder. The installation was done within 2.5 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. Courteous, punctual, tidy and all at a reasonable price.
