Don't recommend to anyone. I ordered mats for Volvo s80, wich are not fitting properly, also i received dirty mats and looks like was used before, sent them a email and no reply You replied to my review about order to be replaced, more than 1 week ago, nothing received. That means you lied?
Ordered & paid for carpets direct from a listing on their web site, it took over a week to be told the listing was an error & that my order had been cancelled. I was informed via email that a full refund would be issued within seven to ten working days, the time scale elapsed with no refund received. I contacted the company requesting an immediate refund. No response from the company! Luckily I had paid using PayPal & I was able to open a dispute through PayPal for a refund. I supplied the email regarding the cancellation & refund to enable PayPal to conduct their investigation. Eventually, nearly two months after placing the order, PayPal resolved the dispute in my favour & today 16th March I have received a refund in full. Car and Van Mats Ltd are a complete waste of space & think the can treat customers with contempt. If you require mats for your vehicle, search elsewhere & give Car and Van Mats a wide berth.
Purchased some car mats last week with reinforced heel rest on the drivers side unfortunately my husband kept catching his heel in it as it was in the wrong place *may I add this was not Car and Van mats fault but the supplier I phoned up today and spoke to a very nice lady who is sending me some car mats with no reinforcement in. I must say their Customer Service is excellent and I would highly recommend them and will certainly pass their website address to family and friends. Keep up the good work
Would recommend 100%! Excellent prices and caring staff. I ordered a set mats which ended up being the wrong variation for my car my fault. They were very understanding over the phone and sent me the correct set, free of charge! I couldn’t be happier.
Order placed on a Sunday afternoon,Thursday morning my car mats came.Great I thought,that was a fast service! Opened the package only to find they were the wrong mats, took photos and sent them via e-mail the same day,Friday morning at 9.30 had a reply back saying sorry for the wrong mats, don't worry about returning them ,as it will cost you to return and its our fault, we will have the correct mats with you ASAP.After contacting them via e-mail on 6 further occasions saying I had yet to receive my correct mats,I was told they would be with me, and the order had been resubmitted to the factory Etc. I finally had enough,and cancelled the order on the 24th of August.This was the only thing they did get right,the refund was done the same day, and by way of an apology for the poor service given, I was told the car mats I ordered would now be given free of charge.well surprise, surprise, still no car mats some near 3 weeks on.would not recommend or use again.You would think in these difficult times people would be grateful of business and fight to keep anything that comes their way?seems not
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered 2 sets of mats in January. One for my car and one for my wife’s car. Wife’s mats were “ok” but not brilliant. Mine had the heel pad on the wrong side. Reported the issue and was told I’d have replacements sent out. I’ve emailed most weeks chasing this up and it’s now mid April and still nothing despite being told they are on the way. Joke of a company. I’d give zero stars if it would let me.
I purchased a mat for a Peugeot Expert. The mat is very poorly finished around the edges. The edge trim is missing in two places. I have been told that the machinist cannot get to these parts of the mat, and once fitted will not be noticeable! Beware as this is not mentioned on their web-site. A better machinist might be required as my wife has been able to finish off the edge without a problem. Due to the quality, I would certainly not buy another mat set from them.
Ordered late on Friday, received on Tuesday early morning. Fantastic quality mats, fit the foot well profile of my car perfectly and they're also a lot thicker than the original mats. I chose the premium mats with the heal rest and the white chequered stitching on the edges as advised by a member of their team so they match the car really well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for customisable high quality mats.
Super easy website and really friendly to speak to on the phone. Promised delivery by Friday in time to collect a new car and actually delivered 24 hrs early. Can't fault the mats which are mich better than OEM and half the price. Will be ordering some more for my sons new car. Well done Car and Van mats Ltd.
I can only say that the order I placed for Peugeot car mats for my wife was a little disappointing when VW Passat mats arrived. I phoned Jane and she promised to resolve the issue immediately and the correct mats arrived the following day and a courier was organised to collect the Passat mats the same day. I could not have wished for a better customer experience, thank you so much for the very prompt and professional response to my problem. Jane gave 5 star service and ensured that my customer experience was brilliant. Thank you and my wife is chuffed to bits with her carpets.
