Turn up and asked for a price for two tyres said they will come and check the tyre size that i need still waiting 15 minutes for them to check the size and give me a price. GIVE UP IN THE END .other members of staff just walked past. Didn't even ask if I was being seen to.

I ordered some tyres for my car online, rather than paying for fitting at my workplace I chose the free option to have them fitted here and booked a slot that matched my lunchbreak. Despite arriving at the booked time, they had no record of my order and didn't even know if they had my tyres. Twenty minutes later they said they had found them and they would get started in about ten minutes; I was asked to park in the fitting bay. Fifteen minutes later someone came to ask me what I was here for and what I wanted. I explained again that I had ordered tyres online and was needing them fitting, the fitter then said he'd go find them. Eventually he came back to my car and started work. I can only assume that I had not parked in the correct bay as the fitter then used machinery and tools at the opposite side of the workshop walking backwards and forwards between them and my car every time. 90minutes after arriving I was ready to go; an hour and a half to change two tyres when everything was all pre-arranged. I have no issue with my online tyre supplier, but next time I'll be getting someone other than Lodge to fit them.
First Class service. I bought 2 tires for my car in the past year. This morning I found I had a puncture. Took it for repair to find the added bonus of it being covered under a free repair because of the type of tire originally purchased. Highly recommended
