Our Xmas stay in the lodge was fantastic. Great size and amenities for a large group of 8. Hot tub fantastic. The meals at the hotel as part of our package was amazing. Great food, great service. A big thank you to the chefs who went above and beyond to make the guests happy. A big big thank you to all staff who went above and beyond.

We had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this venue which was an absolute delight. The room was perfect.  Looked like it had just been built. The cleanliness was of the highest standard imaginable. The surrounding area offers pleasurable views from all windows and has a loch on its doorstep. The breakfast was great and plenty to choose from including a continental breakfast buffet. Would I return? Most definitely

I was here with my Sister's and Niece for afternoon tea. It has a beautiful setting near the loch and is surrounded by the Afton hills. The grounds are beautifully kept and the restaurant looks on to them and the Loch. The staff were very attentive although it was busy with a wedding reception. Food was good too. An extremely good place to have a wedding which we were lucky to see on the day we were there. Hub

I stayed with friends in one of the lodges that sleeps 6 people. They are very comfortable, well appointed and each has it's own hot tub and countryside views. We had lunch in the restaurant which also has really nice countryside views. We enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly and welcoming.  Service was a little slow at times but it didn't spoil our visit as we were in no hurry. I would definitely recommend it for a short visit. Perhaps, not enough going on in the surrounding area to justify a long stay.

Just back from a 2 day stay due to a wedding. Such a beautiful place, the food is to die for, the staff cannot do enough for you and the rooms are superb with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The wedding went smoothly and everyone had a fabulous time. My only criticism and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I had to speak about heating as the temperature was allowed to go too low and guests had to put jackets on.

Such a beautiful hotel. The best wedding venue iv ever been to. Service was great - as are the cocktails.  Only niggle was the food is served on boiling hot plates in the restaurant which keeps the food cooking so the chicken was a little dry; but no Biggie.  We stayed 2 nights this time and will definitely visit again.

An oasis and very well turned out. Lovely restaurant where I had the fish and chips. Excellent team. Great stop over ahead of, or returning from, Scotland to England journeys. One small point is that the rooms did suffer from poor noise insulation with the floor creaking from my neighbours. Well equipped and I know my wife would applaud the dressing table with a mirror and a plug socket better thought out than most.

Had a voucher last year and finally got to use it. Worth every penny. We had a warm welcome and the best sleep. The spa was exceptional and the girls in the spa were so nice and had time to chat. They weren’t rushing off, very relaxing. Food was amazing as usual and great service. Cocktails are just the best at lochside.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed in one of the luxury lodges, which was stunning, the decor was modern and it had appliances needed for the time there. We enjoyed dinner and drinks and all staff were very welcoming and attentive. Grounds are stunning and we will definitely be back as my daughters thoroughly enjoyed our family break here.

Amazing visit from start to finish.  My mother has mobility issues as do I and our room was fantastically adapted to suit these. Every member of staff was friendly well presented and couldn't do enough to make our stay the best we could have.  The location and grounds added to the tranquility.  Best place to relax yourself.  Highly recommended.  Noteworthy details: If you are looking for value for money, come stay here.  The venue and facilities are amazing but the whole experience is enhanced massivly by the staff.
